  1. Hi wilaze,

    I searched a lot online. It seems like the new NVIDIA drivers do not have support for Maya drivers on Linux.  To solve this, open Maya.env file and type in the following lines:

    MAYA_OPENCL_IGNORE_DRIVER_VERSION=1

    MAYA_DISABLE_OPENCL=1

    Then save the file.

    Let me know whether it worked or not.

    Thanks.

    • unfortunately still didn’t work.

      If this “It seems like the new NVIDIA drivers do not have support for Maya drivers on Linux” the case.
      Then, actually i have another distro on my system now, it is Antergos (Arch based). I’ve Maya 2019 installed on it with latest nvidia driver (418.56). But it work really well. Nothing error.

      I think, maybe, there is something that makes Maya unable to read or allow Nvidia drivers?

      Thanks btw 🙂

  2. Great that you got it working.

    Maybe! It’s a distro specific problem then.

    You’re welcome. Have fun. 🙂
